Administrative Coordinator - PHP Multi-Specialty Clinics

This position, Administrative Coordinator supports Group Operations; maintains efficient department functions working closely with the internal staff; perform general administration, reception and clerical duties within the department of Group Operations.  Completes MediCare and Medi-Cal enrollment packages for providers and locations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications -Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Mail Merge
• Minimum typing speed of 55 wpm.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Can operate office equipment i.e., printer, fax, etc.

• Formal training will be indicated by a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years previous secretarial experience; excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of computer systems and applications
• Ability to establish priorities and coordinate variety of work activities.
• Must possess valid, unrestricted California Driver’s License and auto insurance for occasional errands. 
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
