Administrative Coordinator - Full Time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Answer phone calls and direct appropriately
• Create and maintain excel spreadsheets tracking departmental information
• Navigate patient management system for reporting and worklist completion
• Review all paperwork for accuracy
• File and track all paperwork
• Complete reports on a regular basis as directed
• Schedule meetings for management team and maintain schedule of direct manager(s)
• Attend meetings and take minutes
• Prepare confidential personnel paperwork
• Provide administrative support to clinical areas as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree is required
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task within a high paced environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
