Administrative Coordinator Hondros College of Nursing Independence, OH

Hondros College of Nursing is hiring an Administrative Coordinator for the Independence Campus! This is an entry level role and great opportunity to join us in making a difference inlives of others!

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a student, faculty, and staff resource and ambassador for the college
  • Provides professional, courteous, timely front/reception desk customer service to students, faculty, staff, and customers; referring students, faculty, staff, and customers to other college support services as needed
  • Performs general office administrative duties such as filing, scanning documents, answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, processing book returns, issuing uniforms, and scheduling, organizing, and operating classrooms and campus-based spaces
  • Complete student payment processes including taking payments, completing ledger corrections, and making bank deposits
  • Creates and maintains student academic files; ensuring all compliance requirements are met
  • Creates and maintains student academic documentation tracking
  • Executes student cancellation reporting
  • Partners with the Registrar's Office to complete student file audits; ensuring that student files remain accurate and compliant
  • Records and maintains student attendance records
  • Coordinates and manages student IEP testing
  • Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment
  • Participates in new student orientation activities
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • At least one year experience in admissions, student services, or campus operations position

Our defined compensation structure is market competitive and is built to reward performance. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is $37,900.00 to $49,300.00. We take a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including but not limited to: job and level hired into, location, skill set; experience and training; peer compensation and other business and organizational needs. This range is subject to change.
