The Position:
The Administrative Coordinator supports both the financial operations and execution of PCNA's marketing team. This role is responsible for managing purchase orders, tracking expenses, and supporting monthly budget oversight, while also coordinating national tradeshows, internal and external events, and marketing projects as needed.
This position ensures strong financial discipline and seamless operational execution from planning through follow-up. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational and administrative skills, and takes ownership of details that keep marketing initiatives on track and on budget.
