About the Role
We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Administrative Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone looking to kick-start their career in business operations, data analysis, and administrative support. You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship while gaining exposure to reporting, data analysis, and business processes. This is a great opportunity to build strong foundational skills in Excel, data management, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across systems
Support administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and documentation
Assist in Excel-based reporting, including:
Creating and updating spreadsheets
Using formulas such as VLOOKUPs
Working with pivot tables to analyze data
Help track and report on daily, monthly, and annual sales metrics
Support pricing updates and approvals within internal systems
Assist with data analysis and reporting to identify trends and support forecasting efforts
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and reporting accuracy
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree (Business, Economics, Communications, or related field preferred)
Internship, project, or part-time experience in administrative support or data-related work is a plus
Strong data entry and Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
1 year of office support, reception, or administrative experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
