  • Schedule: Hybrid | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (Tues/Th onsite) | May–September (potential extension to 12/31) | ASAP start
  • Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:56)

SUMMARY/DUTIES:
  • This Administrative Coordinator will support a healthcare team by performing chart research, patient outreach, and data collection activities
  • The role involves reviewing medical records in Epic, calling patients to remind them of upcoming appointments, and contacting external facilities to gather required information
  • The coordinator will ensure accurate documentation and timely communication across stakeholders while maintaining HIPAA compliance
  • This is a hybrid position with onsite work in Burlingame on Tuesdays and Thursdays and remote work on other days
  • The assignment is to provide coverage during a maternity leave starting in May, with an ASAP start and potential extension through the end of the year
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 2+ years of administrative support experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience with Epic EMR system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with chart review and data extraction from medical records
  • Ability to conduct outbound calls to patients and external facilities
  • Experience with appointment coordination and patient communication
  • Ability to manage hybrid work schedule and prioritize tasks independently
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience supporting clinical or care coordination teams
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards
  • Experience with data collection and reporting workflows
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience covering temporary assignments or contract roles
