Location: Tolleson, AZ

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Sunday - Friday | Start Time Varies From 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM + Will Work Until Finished

• Some sorting experience is a plus
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and lower throughout the entire work shift
• Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs consistently
• Great team-oriented attitude
• Dependable and flexible

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to support daily administrative and operational tasks
• Coordinate driver dispatch and logistics, including preparing postal paperwork and bills of lading
• Monitor and track mail deliveries, customer pickups, and vendor status updates
• Maintain accurate records within billing/finance systems and filing processes
• Communicate professionally with drivers, vendors, and internal teams via phone and email
