WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As an Administrative Clerk, you will support daily administrative and sales-related activities, ensuring accurate documentation, client communication, and coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and external authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register clients and maintain communication until product delivery
- Provide general information about products and services with management approval
- Prepare and issue contracts using approved templates
- Register and track internal orders (physical and electronic records)
- Issue delivery notes and invoices (proforma and fiscal)
- Prepare documentation for tenders and register them in SAP
- Issue delivery documents, quality certificates, and conformity declarations
- Maintain communication with relevant external authorities
- Prepare documentation for customs, vehicle registration, and RAR systems
- Ensure compliance with legal and internal company regulations
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Secondary or higher education
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable position
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication skills in English
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with attention to detail
