Bilingual Spanish Administrative Clerk
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Bilingual Spanish Administrative Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess basic computer skills, and be flexible with scheduling requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to office staff and management
- Answer and direct phone calls in English and Spanish
- Assist customers, clients, and visitors professionally
- Enter and maintain accurate data and records
- Prepare, organize, and file documents
- Perform general clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
Schedule:
- Regular hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Must be available to work until 8:00 PM during the week as needed
- Some weekend availability required
