Job Full Description

Administrative Assistant

Our client in Ypsilanti is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

What you'll be doing as the Administrative Assistant

Manage full-cycle AP/AR and invoicing to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
Generate data-driven financial reports for leadership using advanced Excel functions.
Facilitate internal team communications and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda setting and minutes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-volume phone and email inquiries, ensuring professional correspondence.

What we look for in an Administrative Assistant

2 to 3 years financial administrative support / bookkeeping / accounting
High School diploma or GED

Additional information for the Administrative Assistant

$20-$25 hourly
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
