Administrative Assistant – CPA Firm

Location: Woodstock, GA
Pay: $18–20 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon–Fri | 8:30am–5:00pm

Administrative Assistant – CPA Firm Description:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks

  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars

  • Filing, copying, scanning, and data entry

  • Assist with preparing client documents and correspondence

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail

  • Maintain office supplies and organize files

  • Greet clients and maintain a professional front office environment

  • Support CPAs with administrative tasks during tax season and deadlines


Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience (professional office setting preferred)

  • Proficiency in Outlook and Excel (candidates will be tested)

  • QuickBooks experience is a plus

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
