LHH is looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant for an on-site temporary role in Woodbridge, VA. This position requires a proactive and organized professional who can support daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes.
Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and welcoming visitors in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, ensuring records are complete, up to date, and audit-ready.
Partner with compliance leadership to support regulatory requirements and timely resolution of audit findings.
Coordinate administrative support for events, transportation logistics, and other operational activities.
Manage vehicle fleet records, maintenance tracking, and monthly reporting.
Assist with new hire onboarding, including administrative systems and office procedures training.
Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate purchasing to support daily operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed to support organizational goals.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
