Requirements / Qualifications
Job-related experience is required. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Must have a current (within 2 years) certificate at a minimum speed of 40 wpm. We do not accept an online typing certificate. If you do not have a current typing certificate, please attach a document stating you understand that a typing certificate is required for this position and you will provide one if you have been selected for hire, prior to your start date.
Must submit on-line application through EdJoin to apply (required documents must be scanned and added to the EdJoin application as attachments).

This position will be a general clerical position, primarily supporting the clerical team and Registrar. School office experience and strong technology skills are desired. Experience working in a school setting is appreciated. Note: This position is for the 2026-27 school year. Interviews may be held the week of July 27th, though dates are subject to change. Current RJUHSD employees interested in a lateral transfer or promotion must submit an application through EDJOIN for consideration. Current RJUHSD employees are encouraged, but not required to submit a letter of recommendation, resume, and letter of introduction. Current RJUHSD Administrative Assistants do not need to submit a typing test.
