Key responsibilities include organizing and maintaining documents, managing uploads in Procore and internal systems, ensuring subcontractor documentation accuracy, and assisting with scheduling and data support. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work onsite with construction teams. No degree required; Procore experience is a plus. The role is full-time, on-site, with potential for long-term opportunities based on performance and travel flexibility.
