**Position Summary** M Jones Companies is seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations, project coordination, and administrative functions. The Administrative Assistant serves as a key point of support for company leadership, staff, clients, and project teams by managing communications, scheduling, documentation, and office administration activities. During the orientation period, employees will receive training on company technology platforms, including Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, and other business systems utilized by the organization. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** Provide administrative support to management, project teams, and company personnel. Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling activities. Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Maintain digital and physical filing systems, records, and company documentation. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documents. Assist with project coordination, task tracking, and administrative follow-up. Support onboarding, training, and employee documentation processes. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes when required. Assist with data entry, record management, and information accuracy. Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and administrative resources. Support customer service activities and respond to inquiries professionally. Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and client information. Utilize company technology platforms, including Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, and other software systems. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned. **Qualifications** High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or project coordination experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred; technology training will be provided during orientation. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** Ability to learn and effectively use business technology platforms, including Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Slack, and Notion. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Professional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members. Knowledge of general office procedures and administrative best practices. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
