Job Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks to support the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain and update records and filing systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents and materials for meetings.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay Range: $28.00- $30.00
