Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
• Prior administrative or financial services experience preferred

Job Duties:

• Provide administrative support to multiple advisor teams
• Prepare, edit, and review confidential client correspondence
• Scan, organize, and archive documents across systems
• Assist with travel expense reporting and billing allocation
• Process time-sensitive quarterly client tax payments
• Support various administrative and operational projects
