We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Assistant to support a top-performing sales professional at the Tom James Company in our Charlotte, NC office.
This is not a typical assistant role. You will play a key part in managing a fast-paced business, interacting via email/text with high level clients and applicants, to help drive recruiting growth and client experience.
This position is scheduled for 30 hours per week and offers a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. We provide a generous paid time off (PTO) package, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan. Regular onsite attendance required.

Position Details:
- Part-time: 30 hours per week

- Primarily in-office, with occasional client-facing support
What You'll Be Responsible For: - Managing social media, recruiting tasks and daily workflow
- Coordinating and managing client orders
- Supporting outreach and prospecting efforts (LinkedIn, CRM, messaging)
