About This Position

Schedule:Monday - Thursday 7am - 4:15pmFriday 7am - 12pm

The Administrative Assistant at the Strongsville, OH warehouse supports daily office operations by performing a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Review and process customer orders in Oracle as scheduled.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure information is up to date.
  • Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and basic data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist with incoming calls, emails, and internal communications.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Help maintain an orderly and efficient office environment.
  • Manage incoming vendor invoices for the region and ensure timely processing.
  • Prepare and send vendor invoices to Accounts Payable on a daily basis.
  • Maintain accurate and organized vendor invoice records.
  • Prepare monthly accruals for the region and ensure supporting documentation is complete.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Professional, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable learning new tools and processes.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Microsoft Excel and Office Applications.
