We specialize in world-class research, design, and support, providing innovative solutions to modern challenges and legacy systems for the U.S. Air Force Global Strike Command, Department of Defense, allied nations, and the U.S. Government, ensuring mission readiness and technological superiority.

Objectives of this Role:
  • Provide administrative support to Department Director and Section Managers in development and delivery of contract deliverables.
  • Serve as a focal point for coordination of client meetings and distribution of meeting material.
  • Provide administrative support to Government programs when required.
  • Assist department Director on department administrative tasking.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
  • Provide editorial support in the development of technical reports using tools such MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Support development of presentation material in MS PowerPoint.
  • Support development of travel request and subsequent expense reports for department staff.
  • Monitor and update employee timesheets.
  • Support development of financial report updates in MS Excel.
Requirements:
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Secretarial/administrative assistant courses or related Associate college hours is preferred.
  • 10 years: Experienced Secretarial/Administrative Assistant with a strong focus on supporting technical and engineering teams. Skilled in working schedules, document control, technical reports, and correspondence.
  • 5 years: Certified in Microsoft Word/Excel with 5+ years of advanced experience. Proficient in Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, IFs), pivot tables, and macros (VBA). Skilled in Word styling, mail merge, TOCs, and complex formatting. Expertise boosts efficiency and accuracy.
  • 6+ years: Proficient with document preparation and proofreading. Ability to create, edit, and review documents for clarity, consistency, and accuracy. Able to multitask and adapt. Skilled in handling multiple responsibilities in fast-paced or changing environments.
  • 6+ years: Experience as a team Collaborator. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Clear communication Skills. Strong verbal and written communication for drafting emails, memos, and reports.
  • A valid/clear driver's license is required.
Special Requirements:
