We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including order entry, filing, shipping, and email correspondence. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task effectively, work efficiently under pressure, and ensure all tasks are completed with accuracy and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:• Order Entry: Process customer orders accurately and promptly in our system, ensuring correct details such as products, quantities, and shipping information.• Filing: Maintain both digital and physical filing systems, ensuring that documents are properly organized and accessible.• Shipping: Prepare shipments ensuring all are accompanied by accurate and complete documentation, including invoice, packing list, and certification as required by customer.• Email Correspondence: Manage and respond to a high volume of emails, ensuring timely and professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal staff.• General Administrative Support: Assist with other office tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.• Data Entry: Enter and maintain data in various systems, ensuring high accuracy and timely completion.• Customer Service: Assist with customer inquiries, providing solutions or directing them to the appropriate department.Skills and Qualifications:• Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with a high level of accuracy.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a well-structured workspace.• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with order management systems and shipping software.• Knowledge of general office procedures and best practices.Working Conditions:
