POSITION SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the growth initiatives of the venue. This position will be coordinating, facilitating, and/or performing a variety of administrative, support tasks, and data entry.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Financial Duties and Responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledgers required
- Perform inventory counts on office supplies, equipment, and staff uniforms
- Maintain, file, sort, and scan daily reports
Personnel Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist management in planning new team member orientation and onboarding
- Schedule required training(s) with department managers
- Assist in maintaining training records/files of all employees
Administrative Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including answering and directing phone calls and assisting with day-to-day office operations
- Perform accurate data entry and support established office processes to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist managers with daily operational needs and contribute to maintaining organization across office functions
- Upkeep of office area, reception, break room, conference rooms, etc.
- Perform any additional duties as directed by management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of related experience
- Highly professional, organized, and detail-oriented
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience using MS Dynamics a plus
- Ability to take ownership of special projects and tasks with little supervision
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist high
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bend into awkward positions while performing job functions
- Facility has intermittent noise
- Must be willing to work weekends and/or special events, if required
