Our locally owned TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® office is seeking a highly organized, dependable Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team and help keep daily operations running efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, problem solving, and keeping systems running smoothly. You will play a key role in supporting office operations, maintaining reports, and helping leadership stay organized.

What You'll Do

  • Support daily administrative operations for our local office
  • Maintain and organize reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
  • Assist leadership with scheduling, follow-ups, and office coordination
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files
  • Track internal reports and assist management with operational documentation
  • Assist with communication between team members and departments
  • Help ensure office processes stay organized and efficient
