The Town is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable full-time (37.5 hours/week) Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of the Department of Public Works' Operations and Forestry/Grounds Division. This position plays an important role in delivering efficient public services by providing clerical, financial, and customer service support.

Qualifications and Experience: High school diploma; three years' experience in general clerical and secretarial work involving bookkeeping, word processing, and customer services; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
FY 2026 Starting Salary Range: $50,626 – $52,874 DOQ, with generous benefits, including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts and retirement plan. Salary will increase on July 1, 2026 and again on the employee's first anniversary.
