Multiple Positions Available: (full-time and part-time)

Receptionist
  • Responsible for fielding incoming correspondence
  • A high volume of incoming phone calls will be answered and transferred to various departments
  • A high volume of incoming emails will be responded to and/or forwarded to various departments
  • Candidate may also be expected to assist in miscellaneous clerical work
Scheduler
  • Responsible for Calendar Management
  • Scheduling and Editing a high volume of appointments
  • Coordinating with the Service Manager
  • In-house and Customer Correspondence 
  • Candidate may also be expected to assist in miscellaneous clerical work
Retail Associate
  • Responsible for maintaining and managing our small retail store
  • Meet and Greet Customers
  • Assisting customers to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience
  • Water Testing
  • Checking in customers who are here for a meeting with various department managers
  • Candidate may also be expected to assist in miscellaneous clerical work
Administrative Assistant
  • Assisting the Owner, Paul Sherman, with the management of multiple businesses
  • Calendar Management
  • Professional Correspondence
  • Data Entry
  • Maintaining Inboxes (phone calls, voicemails, and emails)
