We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our growing Farmers Insurance district and sales center operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping systems organized, and takes initiative without needing constant direction.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive with a positive attitude and strong administrative skills. While this is not primarily an insurance-focused role, the position plays a key part in supporting daily operations, sales support activities, lead management, invoicing, and administrative coordination.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to agency leadership and sales center operations
Manage and organize lead distribution from Coles directory
Create, track, and process invoices accurately and efficiently
Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and internal tracking systems using Excel
Assist with operational workflows and process organization
Leverage tools such as ChatGPT and other technology platforms to improve efficiency and productivity
Help maintain a smooth and organized office environment
Communicate professionally with team members and support staff as needed
Take ownership of assigned projects and complete tasks independently
Strong Excel and spreadsheet management skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Self-starter who can work independently and solve problems proactively
