What You'll Do
Front Desk / Customer Service
- Be the first point of contact for incoming calls, clients, and visitors
- Create a warm, professional, and caring experience
- Manage phones, messages, and office flow
Client Intake & Onboarding
- Assist with new client onboarding and intake processes
- Prepare, organize, and maintain client files and documentation
- Support client communication and scheduling coordination
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Track and document Quality Assurance (QA) visits
- Maintain QA schedules for the Client Care Manager
- Conduct client and Care Pro file audits
- Perform shift audits and documentation checks
- Ensure compliance with home care regulations, policies, and HIPAA standards
Administrative Support
- Provide general office support, scheduling, data entry, and reporting
- Assist leadership and staff with daily operations
Caregiver Support & Engagement
- Support Care Pro onboarding, communication, and engagement
- Assist with recognition programs and team initiatives
Community Involvement
- Help with community outreach and events
- Represent Home Instead in a professional, positive manner
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year in administrative, receptionist, or office support role (healthcare or home care preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information (HIPAA awareness preferred)
- Positive, team-first attitude with a heart for senior care
