Community Construction Group, LLC. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Roswell, GA. As a General Contractor licensed throughout the Southeast, we specialize in the construction, renovation, and restoration of multi-family properties. What you’ll be doing:

  • Support Project Administrators and Senior Staff by providing information to or collecting information from subcontractors and customers.
  • Perform workflow tasks related to project accounting (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable).
  • Assist in processing Certified Payroll documentation as required by specific jobs.
  • Assist in preparing for financial and insurance audits by compiling necessary information per the direction of the executives.
  • Perform general administrative duties in office, including but not limited to documentation, answering phones, ordering supplies, filing, organization, etc.
  • Perform internet research to gather and communicate information on requested topics.
  • Complete tasks according to assigned schedule while delivering high-quality work products.

What you need to succeed:

  • A 4-year college degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Relevant work experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Must have proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products (includes Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience with or knowledge of Viewpoint Vista or similar financial/accounting systems, AIA Contract Documents and/or Procore, is a plus.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must work well independently or in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), time management, organizational and problem-solving skills required.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Must have the ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions within established guidelines and policies.
