Administrative Assistant – Remote
Halco Lighting Technologies is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate daily business activities, maintain records, and assist with various operational functions while working independently in a professional remote environment.
This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to management and department personnel.
Manage calendars, appointments, schedules, and meeting coordination.
Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business documents.
Maintain electronic files, records, and databases.
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of company information.
Assist with document preparation, recordkeeping, and filing activities.
Coordinate internal communications and administrative processes.
Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee documentation activities as needed.
Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and general office administration.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Minimum 1 year of administrative, office support, customer service, or related experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
