What You Will Do:

  • Support assigned staff with documentation, data processing, and report preparation.

  • Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage calendars.

  • Maintain office files and supplies, and operate standard office equipment.

  • Screen and prioritize phone calls and mail, and edit outgoing correspondence.

  • Assist with special projects, departmental communications, and interdepartmental coordination.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Trinity Health policies.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous quality improvement and customer service excellence.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in areas such as payroll, HR, and departmental reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • At least two years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Telephone skills, and the ability to operate office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, personal computer and printers

  • Strong typing, proofreading, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and adapt quick to changes
