Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant Level 1 provides essential operational and administrative support to the Interior Development Division. This role ensures efficient daily operations, accurate reporting, and strong coordination across teams by supporting systems, processes, associates, and contingent staff. On-site 5 days a week in Raymond, OH.

Administrative Assistant Details:

  • Contract position
  • $ 25.00 to $ 26.50 / hour
  • First Shift
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to maintain smooth division operations
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports, including weekly manager reports, onboarding records, summary notes, and system updates
  • Support budget and purchasing activities by tracking purchase orders (POs), purchase requisitions (PRs), accruals, and spending vs. actuals
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, asset management, and associate engagement initiatives
  • Manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and support multiple stakeholders to meet evolving business needs
  • Monitor and follow up on facilities, onboarding, procurement, and system-related issues, escalating as necessary
  • Maintain organized systems and ensure high accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Provide cross-functional administrative support with strong customer service to managers, associates, and development teams
  • Contribute to process improvements and administrative best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in a business-related field or High school diploma with relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of on-the-job experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint)
  • SAP experience strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability in a changing environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to support multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work onsite full-time
  • Ability to lift or transport parcels up to approximately 25 lbs as needed
