Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: East Elmhurst, NY, 11370

Duration: 2 Months contract with possibilities of extension

Shift: 40Hrs per week

 

Schedule Notes:         

·       Will need two forms of ID (1 government ID) and will have to go through PREA and DOC.

·       Some one that is flexible in shifts is ideal as shifts might change.

·       First interview will be WebEx and 2nd might be in person.

 

Duties:             

·       Responsibilities include using Excel and Access, creating complex presentations using PowerPoint, creating charts and graphs using various database information.

·       Other duties include assistance with training class scheduling, ensuring proper classroom setup, creating surveys, and performing general administrative duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and making travel arrangements

 

Skills: 

·       Two years of experience

·       High School Diploma/ GED
