Admin/Purchasing Assistant - Contract to Hire (Manufacturing Industry)
 Location: Bloomingdale, GA | Duration: 3-5 Month Contract to Hire
Our client, a fast-growing manufacturer known for precision work in aerospace component machining, is seeking an Estimating Assistant to support their engineering and estimating functions. This is a great opportunity for someone with a detail-oriented mindset and a desire to grow within a manufacturing environment. Based in Bloomingdale, GA, this contract-to-hire role offers a direct path into a full-time position with a company that values craftsmanship, accuracy, and team collaboration.
As an Estimating Assistant, you'll play a key support role in maintaining the flow of accurate information that underpins project bids and client communications. If you're organized, communicative, and eager to be a part of a highly technical field, this opportunity is a great fit.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the estimating team with preparing and updating quotes and proposals
  • Input, track, and organize data in spreadsheets and estimating tools
  • Communicate with internal departments to gather required information for estimates
  • Maintain filing systems, electronic records, and document control processes
  • Support continuous improvement of estimating workflows and documentation
  • Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
