Support a School Community That Puts Kids First Peralta Trails Elementary School is seeking a highly organized, student-centered Administrative Assistant who brings professionalism, warmth, and strong attention to detail to a fast-paced school office environment. High school diploma or GED required. Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred, school setting experience beneficial. Ability to pass required clerical testing (if applicable). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism. Basic math skills, including ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages. Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve routine problems. Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain confidentiality.
This position requires frequent sitting, typing, talking, and hearing. Occasional standing, walking, reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds may be required. Movement around the campus is frequent. Vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Work is performed in a busy school office with moderate noise levels. Duties may occasionally require exposure to outdoor weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, or rain. Dusty or humid conditions may occur.
