Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacturer, has an immediate opening for a Communications Analyst for a 18-month contract. Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential. Familiarity with MS Office required.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Primary responsibility is delivering administrative assistance in day-to-day job functions.
  • Administering general business office activities.
  • Such activities are clerical in nature and may involve mail handling, word processing, filing, order processing, answering telephones, and managing stationery supplies.
  • Working within well-established guidelines.


Requirements

 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required.
  • Minimum of 2 or more years of administrative experience within a professional office setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent communication abilities, including telephonic and group interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage scheduling, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Familiarity with general office equipment such as fax machines, calculators, and printers
