POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the growth initiatives of the venue. This position will be coordinating, facilitating, and/or performing a variety of administrative support tasks and data entry.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Financial Duties and Responsibilities: • Managing all safe logs and proper use of safes • Basic knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledgers required • Perform inventory counts on office supplies, equipment, and staff uniforms
• Personnel Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist Regional Facility Accountant in planning and conducting new team member orientation and onboarding • Assist GM with human resource functions • Schedule required trainings with department managers • Assist in maintaining training records and files of all employees
• Administrative Duties and Responsibilities: • Upkeep of office area, reception, break room, conference rooms, etc. • Perform any additional duties as directed by management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 years of related experience • Highly professional, organized, and detail-oriented • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must have excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. • Experience using MS Dynamics is a plus • Ability to take ownership of special projects and tasks with little supervision
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist high • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time, whether indoors or outdoors • Must be willing to squat, stoop, or bend into awkward positions while performing job functions • Facility has intermittent noise • Must be willing to work weekends and/or special events if required
