 Location: Owosso, MI
 Pay: $15.00 + depending on experience
 Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM, one hour lunch 12:00PM-1:00PM ?

  1. Answer and route incoming telephone calls; take accurate messages and respond to routine inquiries.
  2. Research components and materials as requested, gathering specifications, availability, and supporting documentation.
  3. Request, compare, and obtain quotes on components from vendors/suppliers; track pricing and lead times.
  4. Type, format, and proofread proposals, letters, and other business documents.
  5. Maintain organized electronic and paper files; ensure documents are properly versioned and easy to retrieve.
  6. Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office administrative tasks as needed.
  
 Requirements: 
  1. High school diploma or equivalent (additional coursework or degree a plus).
  2. Previous administrative experience preferred.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  5. Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
