About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Production Coordinator to support our operations and ensure projects move smoothly from planning to completion.


This role is the backbone of our production team—coordinating permits, schedules, communications, and logistics while supporting project managers and field teams. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things running like a well-oiled machine, this role is for you.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $65,000


Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

Permitting & Compliance

  • Submit permits and work directly with municipalities to ensure projects are properly approved
  • Track permit status and ensure all requirements are met before project start
  • Coordinate closely with internal permitting teams

Scheduling & Logistics

  • Coordinate job scheduling from start to finish
  • Schedule 811 utility locates prior to construction
  • Order materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites
  • Help manage timelines and keep projects on track

Project Support

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating inspections
  • Ensure smooth communication between office and field teams

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as a central point of contact for production-related calls
  • Route inquiries to the appropriate team members quickly and efficiently
  • Communicate updates with customers, vendors, and internal teams

Financial Support

  • Assist with collections when needed
  • Help ensure project documentation and billing processes stay organized

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)
