Salary/Hourly Rate:
$27/hr

Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day support to investment professionals and operational teams. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have prior corporate administrative experience and a strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
  • Provide administrative support to executives and team members.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference rooms.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries as needed.
  • Handle expense reports and assist with invoice processing.
  • Coordinate office operations, vendors, and supplies.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
  • Assist with special projects and team initiatives as needed.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
  • 2+ years of administrative assistant experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Experience supporting executives or teams within finance, investment, or professional services environments.
  • Exposure to private equity, financial services, or investment management is a plus.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
