Our client, a prestigious private equity firm, is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a high-performing team in a fast-paced corporate environment. Salary/Hourly Rate:
$27/hr

Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to investment professionals and corporate teams. The ideal candidate has prior corporate administrative experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
  • Provide administrative support to executives and investment teams.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference rooms.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Process expense reports and assist with invoice tracking.
  • Organize meetings, catering, and office events.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documentation.
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
  • 2+ years of administrative assistant experience in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Professional demeanor with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Experience within private equity, investment banking, hedge funds, or financial services.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives or corporate teams.
  • Calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting experience.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
