Responsibilities:
Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents.
Collect, analyze, and report data to support performance management activities.
Draft emails, letters, and professional correspondence.
Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion and approvals.
Take meeting minutes and distribute them to stakeholders.
Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain travel schedules.
Plan and organize team events, business meetings, and other company functions.
Support national and international projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (G Suite).
Experience using Concur Travel and Expense is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Flexible, adaptable, and proactive with a willingness to learn.
Strong proofreading and document preparation skills.
