Express Employment Professionals in Woodbury, MN is seeking Administrative Assistant I Medical Clerk. For the Maplewood location you must be willing to train in Maplewood & Woodbury. Both positions are about 80% phone duties, which encompass a wide range of topics, not just scheduling. You will also learn how to back up other office processes, including check-ins, stocking reorders of products, and Medicare documentation. An ideal candidate would have 1 year of Medical Administrative office experience with various duties. We would be open to someone outside of the medical industry that would have transferable skills like call center experience, customer service and ability to multitask. Must be able to learn quickly as virtually no one has experience working with the software they use. Also have the ability to change gears quickly and frequently throughout the day.
