Seeking an Administrative Assistant in Mechanicsburg, PA to provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing supplies, coordinating mailings, and handling special projects.


Responsibilities include organizing appointments, maintaining office and vehicle schedules, managing inventory, screening calls, processing orders, maintaining filing systems, and supporting management with typing and correspondence. The role may require occasional travel and lifting up to 15 pounds.


Minimum requirements: high school diploma or GED, 2 years of administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, typing 50+ WPM, a valid driver’s license, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. The position may involve occasional overtime and independent judgment in prioritizing tasks.
