Our clinics are affiliated with South Texas Health Systems' four acute care hospitals, behavioral health hospital, six freestanding emergency roomsand one joint venture hospital. Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department.
  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Assist in planning and logistics for marketing initiatives, community events, physician events, employee recognition activities, and special projects.
  • Attend events as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Help set up and break down event materials, displays, and promotional items.
  • Organize and maintain marketing materials and promotional inventory.
  • Assist with social media scheduling and content organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Independence Physician Management (IPM), a subsidiary of UHS, was formed in 2012 as the physician services unit of UHS. IPM develops and manages multi-specialty physician networks and urgent care clinics which align with UHS acute care facilities.
