Administrative Assistant Contract Position
Seeking Administrative Assistant for long term contract work: US Citizen or Green Card Holder Marysville, OH area – Day Shift Must pass drug screen & background check
Target pay rate is $20-24/per hour Top 3 required skills:
- Excellent communicator: Support new hire questions/concerns, tours
- Should be a doer and respond quickly and effectively; excellent customer service is the priority
- Self-motivated, creative, and detail oriented with ability to work with: Microsoft platform, SharePoint, HLC, Adobe, Lotus Notes
Daily tasks: Work cohesively with on-boarding team and reporting any issues as they occur Coordinate training requirements (e.g., Activity sheets, Learning plans, class materials) Create a welcome packages, orientation, etc) Large portion of position is detailed data tracking for in-coming Client set-up; inputting data into systems with access and tools necessary for their roles in a timely manner
This contract does NOT include any paid holidays and NO paid vacations
