Administrative Support: 

  • Greet and assist all walk–in visitors and guests.
  • Answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate departments.
  • Monitor and manage gate access.
  • Maintain the front lobby and desk presentable.
  • Provide general office support, including filing, photocopying, labeling, dictation, running errands, and managing mail.
  • Purchase monthly office supplies based on departmental needs, place Amazon orders as requested, maintain inventory of office and cleaning supplies, and manage the water delivery account.
  • Perform monthly, or as-needed, Publix runs for office needs.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between the President/CEO’s office and internal departments, supporting organizational efficiency and collaboration.
  • Proactively manage and prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure follow-through on assigned projects.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Support the team in achieving organizational goals and completing relevant tasks as needed.
  • Visit Brown’s Harbor to sort and organize donations and maintain the boutique area as needed.
  • Human Resources Support
  • Organize and maintain both hard copy and digital employee records in compliance with agency protocols and confidentiality requirements
  • Assist the HR Coordinator, COO, and ERC Committee with Human Resources events: Chili cook-off, health fair, annual potluck, spirit week, harbor games, etc.

Provide administrative support during audits (DCF, CNET, BBHC, and COA). The preceding list is not inclusive. This employee may be required to perform other duties as requested by her/his supervisor, the President/CEO, or the Chief Operating Officer
