We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with a focus on Accounting and Finance. This dynamic individual will play a pivotal role in supporting our consulting team and contributing to the smooth operation of our finance department. If you are passionate about finance and accounting, have a knack for details, and possess strong communication skills, we would be delighted to have you join our team. This position requires a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our consulting team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage and maintain financial records in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
  • Facilitate client communication and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients and management.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with financial software systems is a plus.
