In this role you will handle a variety of clerical and administrative tasks communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to organizational efficiency by providing timely accurate support to the team and management. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail a customer-focused mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced office environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the accounts payable function by tracking organizing and processing invoices and related documentation in accordance with company procedures.Maintain and organize Certificates of Insurance files for customers ensuring records are current complete and readily accessible.Assign and maintain service schedules for field technicians.Perform general office duties including copying scanning faxing filing and maintaining organized physical and electronic records.Schedule and coordinate field technician assignments service calls and daily routes to support efficient operations and timely customer service.Assist with special projects and other related duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Previous experience in an administrative setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with a wide variety of individuals in person by phone and in writing.Good oral written and telephone communication skills.Strong time management organizational and interpersonal skills.Moderate to advanced computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office products and the AS400 system.The wage for this role is22.00 per hour and above based on experience and qualifications.As part of the DU Family of Companies we believe that empowering and investing in our employees as leaders develops an organization that delivers innovative solutions and services that create a superior customer experience.
