Job Duties

• Checking patients in for scheduled appointments
• Answering phones and maintaining databases
• Keeping track of medical records and charts
• Transferring lab results to the appropriate technicians
• Ordering supplies and maintaining general office standards
• Collecting patient copays
• Insurance verification prior to appointments
• Billing tasks

Requirements

• Customer service experience: 1 year (Required)
• Experience in a behavioral health/medical clinic (Required)
• Experience with EHR systems and dealing with copays
• Experience with billing
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking)
