The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Landscape Department by performing a variety of office, record-keeping, and administrative functions. This position works closely with both internal and external personnel, contractors, and campus constituents, serving as the primary administrative contact for the department.

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and computer skills to effectively support departmental employees, contractors, and campus constituents.
